Different stock counting methods for different requirements

Fiscal pharmacy counts

With fiscal counts we count the retail value of the items as we go whilst splitting them into different categories. Each category will have different profit margins and VAT levels.

Once physical counting has taken place, we'll use our special software to get the figures to yourself, an accountant, insurance company etc. and you can expect your result later that day.

Our stocktakers are highly trained and use modern technology to enable us to complete a stocktake quickly and accurately. Stocktakes can be arranged overnight to minimise disruption to your business.

Pharmacy scanning counts

All items will be scanned individually by our team. Please provide us with your stock codes in advance. If no stock codes are available, we can use a pre-agreed price list.

We can use your own systems to produce reports in your preferred format. If we use our own systems to create the report, we can produce this in an easy-to-understand format.

Out of date stock removal

As an extra service, we can also pull all out of date and short-dated items from your pharmacy shelves whilst we complete the count.
