Established in 1971, Frank G May & Son is well-known in Kent for careful stocktaking. We’re a totally independent family run company still operating on our founding principles of integrity, professionalism and enthusiasm. All our staff are long-term employees with years of experience and are well trained, conscientious, honest and reliable. We enjoy our work and take great pride in what we do.

We provide ethical and professional stocktaking services for a variety of businesses in the South East and typically cover a 100-mile radius of Kent. Whilst we are principally engaged in pharmacy and its allied professions such as medical and veterinary practices, we have a wealth of experience gained over 50 years in many different retail and industrial businesses. This includes newsagents, hardware stores, grocers, convenience shops and many others. We are also retained by several large pharmacy organisations to find suitable outlets for purchase.

We’re proud to say that we still do counts in a few shops which are under the same ownership as when we started with them, as well as still working in many that have changed hands over the years.

Most stocktakes are completed within a day. Our long-held policy is to provide sufficient staff to allow a thorough check without time pressures. We can also provide experienced stock counters to help with client’s own in-house stock count.
